Description: In our engaging hands-on physics class for upper elementary and middle school students, learners explore the fundamental concepts of physics through interactive experiments and innovative projects. Designed to spark curiosity and foster critical thinking, each session allows students to investigate principles such as states of matter, force, motion, energy, properties of light and sound, and magnetism by conducting experiments, building models, and participating in group challenges. Using everyday materials, students will explore and understand the basic laws of physics.
Grades: 5th-8th
Duration: Yearly
Materials Needed: Pencils, markers, colored pencils, scissors, glue stick
Additional One-Time Material Fee: $50
Monthly Class Fee: $55/mo
Homework: This is a primarily hands-on experience class and will require no regular homework. Students will be expected to create one or two culminating projects demonstrating the laws of physics that they learned throughout the year.
